We will explore your concerns and how I might help. I will take a comprehensive history with lots of questions to start getting to know the whole you. We will discuss evidence-informed treatment options. We will work together on building a personalized treatment plan.

We will meet at least monthly to evaluate current symptoms and their recent trajectory and if applicable, the benefits and side effects of medication(s) and make medication changes as needed. We will review goals and explore recent challenges and work on skills to overcome obstacles. We will work together on refining our evidence-informed treatment plan.
