I will take a comprehensive history with lots of questions to start getting to know the whole you. We will discuss evidence-informed treatment options. We will work together on building a personalized treatment plan.

Not at this time. Payment will be due at time of service. Zelle, cash, or check preferred. Cards accepted. Dr. Cui can provide a receipt or superbill if you’d like to try to get out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance. Dr. Cui typically uses billing codes 90792 for initial evaluations and 99215 for follow up sessions.

Yes, parking is free. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the building with some more to the side and in the back. There are electric car charging spaces to the side.
