We don't control the family we're born into or the curveballs life throws at us but we can take accountability for how we respond to life's challenges. As a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist, I can provide therapy and if indicated, medication management. I hope to offer you a safe space to explore your feelings, thoughts, and next steps and to grow and heal.
